Delivery & Return
All orders are Handmade. Production time takes 1-2 business days after you place your order and shipped via DHL eCommerce, USPS, ePacket, UPS, EMS Ukrposhta depending on your location and the fastest service available. All shipping are from our workshop in Ukraine. Typical delivery time is between 5- 9 working days, however you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be delayed beyond our control, such as delays at customs or the post office.
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Losses and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and when the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
We will notify you as soon as we receive and review your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund using your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
